The secret to great skin care just might be in your kitchen pantry!
You may have heard of all the great uses Apple Cider Vinegar has to offer. The health benefits are endless, such as lowering blood sugar levels, lowering cholesterol, and improving heart health to name a few. Some people even swear that it can help you lose weight, but did you know it’s a great skin care tool too!?
I use Apple Cider Vinegar as a toner twice daily to help balance out the PH levels in my skin. This helps reduce breakouts, and leaves my skin glowing.
To use as a toner, mix equal parts of ACV and warm water. Shake it up, and then apply to your face with a cotton ball twice daily. If the ACV is too strong for your liking, just add more water. The first time I used too much ACV and my husband said I smelled of fish and chips with malt vinegar. I don’t notice the scent much anymore, but my glowing skin definetly makes up for the minimal stench.
